Our Employment Team comprises of three dedicated, employment law specialists with extensive experience of supporting both private and third sector employers including multi-nationals, FTSE-250 companies, regional SMEs and national and local charities.  We have particular expertise in the following sectors:  technology, media, financial services, hospitality, retail, food and drink, construction and logistics.

Advising on all forms of employee relations issues including internal grievances, disciplinary investigations, PIDA complaints, allegations of bullying and harassment whether that be in the form of purely ‘sanity check’ advice or project managing complex or sensitive exercises.

Providing strategic input and guidance on big ticket issues in the workforce including succession planning, employee well-being, information compliance, diversity and retention strategy.

Advising on the employment aspects arising from project managing any form of collective or individual change exercise including re-organisations, redundancies and changes to terms and conditions.

Employment Litigation
Advising employers on all forms of high value and routine employment related litigation present in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeals Tribunal and High Court.

Advising on the employment aspects arising from buying or selling a business or outsourcing transactions.
