Local biomed firm secures additional equity investment

We were delighted to have acted for existing and new investor-shareholders on a £425,000 investment in Molendotech, a University of Plymouth spinout company.  The investment was completed on 30 April and will be used to accelerate and expand the applications of Molendotech’s bacteria-testing technology, which has recently attracted strong interest internationally from potential customers concerned about secondary infections as they tackle the COVID-19 pandemic.

James Eveling managed the transaction for the investors, with Womble Bond Dickinson acting on behalf of the Company.
